OR "LET THEM EAT THIS PIE(CHART)"
OK, now I might admit that we are among the richest of nations,, behind Kuwait, and Bahrain I believe,, and that now we are "The Super Power" of the Planet, but really folks,, are we going to sit by and watch as our Tax dollars... let me say this again,,, TAX DOLLARS, go out the window, down the drain to ''fix'' the world with Military Imperialism.
With Bridges to NoWhere, Pork, and entitlement programs filled to the brim in our laws that Congress inacts here at home, the waste alone at home is enough to make me retch fucking copper pennies. But now, as the Kings of the Hill, we throw money to the wind thinking that we can solve the worlds problems,, when we can't fix our own here at home.
I Declare myself a rogue opponent against the 'powers that be' and offer myself up as the Next President of the USA,,, but alas,,, we may be bankrupt by 2008 at the rate it is flying into the wind. My Platform,,
RETURN TO BASICS
and that would mean some sacrifice here at home.
Better we plan the sacrifice out before it takes us by surprize and we all drop down to 3rd world status while China, and other countries move ahead of the game.
SomeThing is Wrong in WASHINGTON.
Example #1
The Bush administration plans to ask Congress for $10.6 billion for Afghanistan, a major increase aimed at rebuilding the country and strengthening government security forces still fighting the Taliban five years after the U.S.-led invasion.
That is 10 BILLION DOLLARS PEOPLE!!!!! IN ADDITION TO WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY SPENT!!
Sorry to inform you, but that is just a drop in the bottomless bucket our fearless leaders have created. The cost now for our Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan is reaching towards a TRILLION DOLLARS.... last year we reached the point where it was at 1/2 a trillion. No end is in sight, so where will the ball stop? Well,, how about BankRuptcy??
AMERICA is BEING SWINDLED TO DEATH BY THE MERCHANTS OF DEATH.
Do you even remember how Paul Wolfowitz stated in March 2003 that """oil revenues in Iraq could bring between $50 billion and $100 billion over the course of the next two or three years....We are dealing with a country that can really finance its own reconstruction and relatively soon.""
HOW ABOUT THESE QUOTES?????? REMEMBER THEM????
Press Secretary Ari Fleischer: “Well, the reconstruction costs remain a very -- an issue for the future. And
Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage: “This is not
Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz: “There’s a lot of money to pay for this that doesn’t have to be U.S. taxpayer money, and it starts with the assets of the Iraqi people…and on a rough recollection, the oil revenues of that country could bring between $50 and $100 billion over the course of the next two or three years…We’re dealing with a country that can really finance its own reconstruction, and relatively soon.” [Source: House Committee on Appropriations Hearing on a Supplemental War Regulation,
Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld: “If you [Source: worry about just] the cost, the money,
State Department Official Alan Larson: “On the resource side,
DO YOU THINK WE HAVE BEEN HOODWINKED??? DO YOU REALIZE THAT AMERICA HAS BEEN FUCKED OVER BY AMERICANS!!!! DO YOU REALIZE THAT AMERICA IS DOOMED IF WE DO NOT REVOLT AGAINST THE IDIOTS WHO ARE TAKING US DOWN AND MAKING AMERICA INTO A PIT WHERE WE WILL ALL BE IN CARDBOARD HOUSES VERY SOON IF SOMEONE DOES NOT STAND UP TO THIS MADNESS OF KING GEORGE????
WAKE UP PEOPLE!
WAKE UP!
WAKE UP!
WAKE UP!
WAKE UP!!!

It's worse than just King George. The whole lot of them are rotten to the core. Washington stinks worse than a landfill. Just imagine if that $10 billion got thrown into FINDING A FUCKIN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE OF ENERGY.
Ah well, Gaia will rock on without our kind.

As long as you don't stain the furniture, all is well. I love you bunches Anne,,
Scott
Hi Scott - all this is incredibly frustrating when the facts are glaringly cruel: War is money-mongering. Its not only about the oil, its about securing funds.. funds for greedy pockets as well as for black projects...
And nations are being made ever more dependent upon the financial puppet masters - the act of bankruptcy is a deliberate ploy - know who pulls the strings for the Federal Reserve? As well as the Ban k of England, and most national banks? .... it isnt the governments...
Whats left? The People are left... - yes, 'the sleeper must awaken'..
I like the whole 'attitude' of your site and generosity of spirit...
